So I thought I'd give you all a taste of what is available in Provincetown in our price range. That is, if we were to sell our 1,000 (+/-) square foot home in Connecticut - a three bedroom, one bath, kitchen, living room, sunroom, full basement with basement garage on 2.75 acres of woodland.

My Dad's garden shed is bigger than that "cozy condo"!
I started to say, "Who in their right mind--?"
But then, it's a different world up there, with people who can afford to pay a hundred grand plus for a storage shed with curtains. Sheesh.
This is truly hilarious... But you know the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and even has the lobster pot already on the stove and fire extinguisher is very easy to reach. So glad the seller will make recommended repairs to the pier. 150-sq-ft?!?!?
