Here in London

We are at the Apple Store so I am taking the opportunity to rest my feet and do a short post sans pictures.  Saw the changing of the Guards (somewhat, through the crowd), walked the City to Westminster Abby, Trafalgar and the National Gallery, then to Covent Gardens, the Transport Museum and a pub for dinner.  We are commissioned to track down a Royal Wedding Tea Towel for Bob.  I had to ask a kind woman at the Museum Shop what exactly is a Tea Towel  and what DO you DO with it when you have one?  Well, I guess the closest thing we have in the States is a Dish Towel, bu we don't sell them on every street corner and gift shop.  Well, enough for today.  Tally Ho, and Laddie Da, or whatever....be back soon.

Well that was quite a walk you had, in distance and in history. What fun. But gee . . . now I'm starting to wish I had put my order in for a tea towel. Grin.

Do keep us updated if you can. But the main thing is to be in the moment and enjoy yourselves, so do.

Now I'M envious... While searching for tea towels, you might want to treat yourself to some tea, scones, clotted cream, and lemon curd. (My mouth is watering.)
