We drove around the countryside at the height of the leaf season, and though I'd seen pictures of course in books and movies, nothing prepared me for the real thing. Truly magnificent. Thanks for sharing these.
Spectacular - one of the things that makes the season bearable is this bit of heartbreaking beauty. We know what's coming, but at least we're going out with a burst of color.

Ahhh, the colors are fab, but those wild turkeys are the best!
